Landslide Shuts Pune-Mumbai Link for 18 Hours
A major landslide on the Pune-Mumbai Missing Link caused an 18-hour traffic shutdown after 100 tonnes of mud and rock fell on the road. Unprecedented rainfall of 625mm in 24 hours is cited as the cause. MSRDC will consult IIT-Bombay for technical assessment.
