Tej Pratap Yadav backs Priyanka Gandhi for Congress leadership, questions Rahul's ability

Tej Pratap Yadav has sparked a political debate by backing Priyanka Gandhi to lead the Congress party, expressing doubts over Rahul Gandhi's ability to run the party. Speaking in Patna, Yadav said only Priyanka Gandhi can run the party as she is like Indira Gandhi, dismissing Rahul Gandhi's yatra and Bullet motorcycle rides as ineffective. His remarks came after Rahul Gandhi criticized Nitish Kumar as compromised, following which BJP's Samrat Choudhary became Bihar CM. Former Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed also recently alleged lack of internal democracy in the party, claiming senior leaders were being sidelined.
