The New York Times reports Iran has agreed in principle to relinquish its enriched uranium stockpile as part of a proposed deal with the US to end the conflict and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel has warned that US military threats against Cuba have reached a dangerous and unprecedented level. In a post on X, he called on the international community to determine whether such aggressive acts are acceptable for satisfying the interests of a small wealthy group. Diaz-Canel stressed that no aggressor will find capitulation in Cuba, which will defend its sovereignty and independence on every centimeter of its territory.
