该联盟由中韩(长春)国际合作示范区牵头成立,旨在打造立足中国东北、辐射东北亚的具身智能协同创新高地、跨境算力服务枢纽与合规数据流通示范基地。联盟计划用一到三年时间建成集联合攻关、产业对接、人才交流与数字服务于一体的平台,为区域发展注入新动能。
该联盟中方发起人、立腾科技(吉林)有限公司总经理崔敏豪表示,联盟将推进跨境技术协同攻关、绿色算力基础设施与数据要素流通体系建设、产业项目对接及人才交流合作,推动具身智能技术在汽车制造、装备工业、光电信息、低空经济和文旅服务等领域应用。
该联盟韩方牵头人、韩国高丽大学商学院名誉教授李斗熙表示,韩国在智能机器人整机、核心零部件、精密传动与智能传感技术等领域具有技术积累,中国则在算力供给、应用场景和产业配套方面优势明显,联盟将有利于推动建立制度化合作机制,促进技术与产业资源对接。
