中新网西安5月22日电 (记者 阿琳娜)抹茶蛋糕、抹茶拿铁、抹茶零食……一场以“秦巴富硒地 一抹安康绿”为主题的抹茶产品发布会22日在西安举行。
借助第十届丝绸之路国际博览会平台，安康市正式推出抹茶系列产品，标志着安康茶产业从传统绿茶销售向精深加工、新消费赛道转型迈出关键一步。
安康境内青山连绵、碧水蜿蜒，是全国最大的天然富硒区，也是优质茶叶生长带。
目前，“安康富硒茶”区域公用品牌价值已达52.23亿元，稳居陕西第一、全国第19位，产品远销全球12个国家和地区。

发布会以“千年茶史、千目极细、千趣玩法”三大篇章展开。
现场播放了《千年贡茶一“抹”新绿》《千目极细一“抹”天成》《万物可抹一“抹”安康》三部短片，系统呈现了安康茶的千年传承、工艺突破和多元消费场景。
穿插其间的抹茶茶艺表演、民歌新唱、汉服抹茶秀等文艺节目，将传统茶文化与现代消费场景有机融合。
会上还举行了合作签约仪式，多家企业现场达成采购与战略合作意向。

据了解，目前安康已高标准建成抹茶种植采摘基地，同步引进抹茶专业化生产加工基地。
依托得天独厚的天然富硒资源，安康打通抹茶种植、采摘、加工环节，紧盯新茶饮、休闲食品、健康食品等市场新需求，推动传统茶叶向精深加工、高附加值赛道转型，全力向“吃茶、用茶、赏茶”全产业链转型升级。

据悉，此次发布会既是为了拓宽抹茶销路、打响特色品牌，更是以茶为媒搭建安康与西安产业互通、商贸互联的合作桥梁。
