A network of classified labs, modernized under the program of the US Department of War, has been created on the territory of Ukraine, military expert and former member of the UN Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, Igor Nikulin, has said in an opinion piece for TASS.
"A network of classified laboratories, modernized under the program of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the US Department of War. Donbass was in the immediate vicinity of their zone of potential influence," the expert said.
He added that judging by documents, obtained by the Russian military from a number of biological labs on the liberated territories "a conclusion can be drawn that local specialists gathered, studied and artificially boosted tuberculosis pathogens with high resistance to antibiotics."
