河北省发展和改革委员会一级巡视员刘维友表示，雄安新区拔节生长，承接北京非首都功能疏解初见成效，首批疏解的中国星网、中国华能、中国中化总部入驻运营，第二批疏解项目稳步推进，央企在雄安新区设立各类分支机构超400家。京津冀·沧州生物医药产业园等重点合作平台持续发力，一批北京疏解项目落户河北。
近年来，京津冀重点领域合作实现新突破。2025年河北吸纳京津技术合同成交额突破1200亿元、连续两年位居全国第一，河北正成为京津科技成果转化首选承载地。三地共同组建京津冀先进制造业集群联盟，举办系列招商活动，河北机器人产业营收突破200亿元，连续3年跑出40%以上“加速度”。“河北净菜”、“河北福嫂”在京津市场深受欢迎。2025年，河北所有设区市空气质量连续4年退出全国168个城市空气质量排名“后十”，空气质量达到有监测记录以来最好水平。
2026年，河北将全力抓好雄安新区集中承接疏解工作，积极稳妥分批推进央企、高校、医院疏解项目建设，有力有序承接金融机构、科研院所、事业单位疏解，形成压茬推进的良好态势。并扎实推进河北其他地区承接疏解工作，持续用力引进在京央企总部及二、三级子公司或创新业务板块落户河北。(完)
