〔記者侯家瑜/台北報導〕中央氣象署近日持續發布高溫資訊,今天白天台南市、屏東縣恐出現38度極端高溫,其餘11縣市也有36度以上高溫機率。隨著時序逐漸進入夏季,高溫加上濕度增加,民眾若長時間待在戶外,熱傷害風險也跟著升高。衛福部國健署提醒,上午10時至下午2時應避免長時間外出,若出現頭暈、皮膚發紅、心跳加速等症狀,應立即降溫並補充電解質。
國健署長沈靜芬表示,預防熱傷害可從「涼、補、心」做起。首先是保持「涼」爽,建議民眾穿著寬鬆、透氣的淺色衣物,外出時可撐陽傘、戴寬邊帽與太陽眼鏡防曬,也要保持室內通風,適度搭配冷氣與電風扇降溫。

其次是適時「補」充水分。她提醒,不要等到口渴才喝水,應依照天氣、活動量與流汗情況,少量多次補充水分,同時避免含糖飲料、含咖啡因飲品及酒精,以免增加脫水風險。
最後則是留「心」提高警覺。她建議,上午10時至下午2時是高溫最明顯時段,應盡量避免外出。若必須外出,應行走陰涼處並做好防曬措施。若出現頭暈、心跳加速、皮膚乾熱發紅、體溫升高等疑似熱傷害症狀,應立即離開高溫環境,鬆開衣物、擦拭身體降溫,並補充含少量鹽分的冷開水或電解質飲料。
她也提醒,若休息後症狀仍未改善,甚至出現意識不清、昏迷等情況,應立即送醫,以免延誤治療。隨著夏季高溫日數增加,民眾從事戶外工作、運動或旅遊時,更要提高警覺,避免熱傷害找上門。
