〔記者蘇孟娟／台中報導〕群聯電子創辦人暨執行長潘健成應邀至中興大學專題演講，19歲從馬來西亞來台求學、26歲創辦群聯，並帶領公司站上全球舞台的潘健成點出，若以當前趨勢來看，他認為AI落地應用、軟體整合與Hybrid AI相關服務，是未來3年內最有機會的創業方向，因為全球企業都需要AI解決方案，但真正懂得落地執行的人才仍然不足。
潘健成談到AI發展下的人才需求，直言，AI不是用來取代所有工作，而是協助人類處理「重複性的知識與文件工作」，AI的價值在於讓原本耗時、反覆、容易疲乏的工作更有效率，AI時代下，需要的不只是考試成績，而是願意反覆嘗試、快速學習、持續破關的人。
他以電玩玩家為例指出，打電動需要try and error、耐力、創意與不斷挑戰關卡的精神，這些特質反而非常接近AI工程師需要的能力，他鼓勵學生及早接觸AI工具，從自己的科系與日常工作出發，思考哪些重複性的知識工作可以被AI協助完成。
面對有志創業的學生，潘健成先提醒，創業不是浪漫想像，也不是為了快速致富，尤其「創業會先讓人變得很沒有錢」，而且創業成功機率確實不高，他提醒學生不要盲目創業，而要先看見明確需求、理解市場缺口，再決定投入方向。
潘健成也分享他的觀察指出，若以當前趨勢來看，他認為AI落地應用、軟體整合與Hybrid AI相關服務，是未來3年內最有機會的創業方向，因為全球企業都需要AI解決方案，但真正懂得落地執行的人才仍然不足。
