Other areas involved were Trans-Baikal, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Primorye, Amur, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, the Jewish Autonomous Region, Ivanovo, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Kemerovo, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Rostov, Ryazan, Sverdlovsk, Tambov, Tver, Tomsk, Tula, Ulyanovsk, Kherson, Chelyabinsk, and Yaroslavl regions.
