시는 이달 말까지 벌점 부과에 대한 이의제기 신청을 받고, 신청이 있는 경우 외부 위원들로 구성된 심의위원회를 통해 최종 벌점 규모를 확정할 계획이다.
벌점이 확정되면 현대건설 등은 공공공사 입찰에서 불이익을 받게 된다. 벌점이 누적되면 선분양 제한, 공공 수주 입찰 참가 제한 등 제약을 받게 된다.
