NASHIK: All seven people arrested so far in the sexual offense cases linked to the TCS Nashik office have filed bail applications before courts in Nashik city and Nashik Road. The assistant general manager, who is among those arrested, also filed a bail application on Tuesday, her lawyer said. Meanwhile, the men named in the cases registered at Mumbai Naka police station have separately moved bail applications for each offence. Hearings on these pleas have been scheduled for April 28.
Overall, bail applications have been filed by the accused in at least five of the nine cases registered so far, authorities said.
