上海机场集团副总裁、机场物流公司董事长吕耀东，国际航空运输协会(IATA)全球货运总监Brendan Sullivan以及来自民航华东地区管理局、长三角民航机场物流协同专委会成员单位的100余名嘉宾参加仪式。
吕耀东表示，在全球货运产业链供应链深刻调整、航空货运快速发展的背景下，上海机场正联合国际航空运输协会(IATA)推广DGTC和ONE Record(航空货运数据共享标准)，进一步提升航空货运安全性和透明度，优化口岸营商环境。一是以安全筑牢信任基石。航空安全是行业发展生命线，要通过多边协同、创新机制、规范标准和源头共治，携手各方更好建设DGTC，持续构建安全、可信、协作的航空货运生态圈。二是以数据透明驱动效率变革。要大力推广ONE Record数据标准，持续赋能端到端的数字供应链建设，让数字红利惠及更多供应链上下游企业，助力上海机场成为全球航空货运数字化的先行者。三是以公平促进生态繁荣。要坚持公开、公平、公正的治理机制，面向不同规模的企业推行统一的指标体系、评估标准和管理规则，共商共治、合作共赢，让合规经营、注重安全的企业脱颖而出。

2025年，为应对危险品运输日益增长的复杂挑战，上海机场携手国际航空运输协会(IATA)启动DGTC上海试点项目，通过建立统一标准的危险品运输评估体系，对货代、托运人的危险品操作能力、合规记录、运营绩效进行量化评估，形成“合规收益、违规受限”的良性循环，助力上海国际航空货运枢纽能级提升，目前已吸引50余家航司和货代企业加入。(完)
