根據日本遊戲媒體《Famitsu》最新統計數據，可能因不少消費者趕在漲價前入手，上週（5月11日～17日），Switch 2在日本銷量一舉突破20萬台，達217,922台，創下今年以來最高週銷售紀錄。
若以日本整體表現來看，上週日本遊戲主機總銷量(包含Switch 2、Switch、PS5與 Xbox Series X／S)為248,988台，其中Switch 2就占了近9成，顯示市場買氣幾乎全集中在Switch 2身上。
台灣方面也已確定將於9月調漲售價，雖然官方尚未公布實際價格，但從日本與美國市場來看，漲幅都不小。日本國內版Switch 2，從49,980日圓上升至59,980日圓，一口氣貴了 1萬日圓；美國則從449.99美元漲至499.99美元，調漲50美元。
