Isaac Heeney peels away from a stoppage in the middle of the ground and finds James Rowbottom with a handball.

Rowbottom's kick inside 50 is not good, but Esava Ratugolea spills the mark attempt, instead knocking it forward.

The ball lands in the hands of Logan McDonald, who snaps truly to give the Swans a 15-point lead with 10 minutes left.

The Swans veteran receives the ball at half forward around 70m out from goal and takes it inside 50.

He's about 47m out from goal and tucked into the boundary line, but decides to have a shot on goal, and the ball sneaks inside the right-hand upright.

Sydney now out to a game-high 10-point lead. Still plenty of time for Port though with 13 minutes left on the countdown clock.

He takes the set shot from a hair beyond the 50m arc and absolutely flushes it to put Sydney in front.

Curnow manages to push Aliir off the ball legally and then runs through towards goal and receives a handball to kick an easy one running into an open goal.

Joe Berry misses a set shot from directly in front after the siren and Port has to settle for a nine-point lead at three-quarter time.

That could be potentially pivotal in a see-sawing contest like this one.

Another fascinating quarter in the books in this one. Swans kick 4.2 to Port's 3.2 to close the half-time margin.

Callum Mills leads all players with 23 touches, while Darcy Byrne-Jones is Port's high man with 19 touches.

Port big man Jordon Sweet is the clearance leader with seven and he's also got 11 score involvements.

The Power still have the lead in inside 50s (43-34) and the clearances (28-19).

Butters streams in towards goal and shrugs off an Isaac Heeney tackle before slotting it on the left boot.

He's now got 14 touches and three clearances to go along with that goal.

Durdin puts Port back in front after one-handed mark

Mitch Georgiades shakes off his defender and puts a left-footed kick inside 50 where Durdin is running back with the flight of the ball, and he puts one hand out and takes it. Brilliant mark!

Xavier Bamert is adjudged to have encroached on the mark with Riley Bice 65m out from goal and he's baffled by the call.

The penalty draws Bice to the top of the goalsquare, and he kicks the goal to trim the margin to just two points.
