中国财政部副部长廖岷、巴西财政部副部长阿伦卡斯特罗出席论坛开幕式并致辞。来自中国投资有限责任公司、中国进出口银行、中国工商银行、巴西全国保险公司、巴西石油公司等30余家金融机构和企业的代表参加论坛，围绕强化金融创新，推进绿色、农业、数智等领域投融资合作议题进行交流。
国开行董事长赵欢在开幕式上表示，国开行开展对巴西业务已近20年，在油气、矿业、电力、基础设施、金融合作、汽车与机械制造、海工装备制造、农产品加工等领域，助力一批重大标志性工程和“小而美”民生项目落地实施，为两国经济社会发展和改善民生作出积极贡献。下一步，国开行将在中巴财金分委会框架下，与中巴金融机构和企业加强经验交流、对接项目投融资需求，强化金融创新，积极支持巴西风电、光伏、生物燃料等绿色项目建设，支持两国企业在海工装备、汽车制造、人工智能、数字技术、新型农业等新质生产力领域深化合作，打造中巴务实合作新引擎。
与会各方在发言中一致表示，中巴经贸投资合作持续深化，取得丰硕成果，愿进一步开拓思路、创新模式，助推中巴持续深化经贸、基础设施、绿色发展、数字化转型等传统领域和新兴领域务实合作。(完)
