시 관계자는 "전국 광역지자체 중 가장 먼저 지방세입 체납관리단을 운영하게 됐다"며 "납부 여력이 있는데도 세금 납부를 회피하는 고질·상습 체납자에 대해 엄격한 체납처분과 행정제재를 하겠다"고 말했다.
