昌吉州生态环境局党组副书记、局长李刚称，2025年，大家关心的PM10平均浓度为51µg/m3，同比持平；PM2.5平均浓度为27µg/m3，同比下降3.6%。昌吉市(代表昌吉州考核)优良天数比例84.4%(308天)，同比81.4%提高三个百分点(增加10天)。
据悉，昌吉州施行“三个攻坚”破解大气污染防治重点难题。通过攻坚重点行业错峰生产，制定重点企业错峰生产实施方案，围绕2025—2026年冬季3个月(12月-2月)，对40家重点企业推行季节、区域、检修“三类”错峰生产模式，实现冬季环境空气质量持续改善与企业生产平稳运行“双赢”。
通过攻坚县(市)环境空气质量管控，构建精细化管理体系，及时对阜康市、昌吉市采取大气环境整治“提级管理”措施，主动查找“病因”，推动空气质量持续改善。
通过攻坚清洁运输体系建设，“公转铁”推进成效明显，将淖铁路增建二线，阜康、准东煤炭集运铁路等4条铁路专用线项目开工建设；鼓励引导辖区道路运输企业更新购置新能源客货车1760辆，新增新能源公务车146辆，重点行业大宗货物清洁运输比例达到73%，绿色运输体系初具雏形。(完)
