South Korean pitcher Park Chan-min signs with Philadelphia Phillies

South Korean high school pitcher Park Chan-min has signed an international amateur contract with the Philadelphia Phillies, reportedly receiving a $1.205 million signing bonus, the second highest among international amateurs signed by the team this year.
