HD Hyundai has signed an MOU with Ukraine's Mykolaiv regional government to establish a mid- to long-term cooperation system for reconstruction. The agreement expands on previous collaborations, including equipment supply, local training centers, service support, financial aid, and energy infrastructure restoration.
