Henry Nowak, 18, repeatedly told police "I can't breathe" while being handcuffed after being stabbed. His killer, Vickrum Digwa, 23, lied to officers, claiming he was the victim of a racist attack. Digwa was jailed for life, but his sentence is under review for being unduly lenient. An investigation into the police response is ongoing.
