Cypriot farmers agree to livestock culling amid foot and mouth disease outbreak

Cypriot farmers have agreed to the culling of livestock on farms affected by foot and mouth disease after the government increased compensation. Approximately 7,000 animals will be culled immediately to contain the deadly outbreak.
