South Korea proposes four-way dialogue for Korean Peninsula peace regime

South Korean Unification Minister Chung Dong-young proposed a four-way dialogue involving South Korea, North Korea, the US, and China to establish a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. Speaking at the Ulaanbaatar Dialogue in Mongolia, he also suggested expanding the talks to include Mongolia, Japan, and Russia.
