Superdry Co-founder James Holder Convicted of Rape by Gloucester Jury
James Holder, co-founder of Superdry, has been convicted of rape by a jury at Gloucester Crown Court. The incident occurred after a night out in Cheltenham where prosecutors argued the complainant's intoxication impaired her ability to resist. The defence claimed the encounter was consensual, but the jury found Holder guilty. He was remanded in custody pending sentencing.
