SK hynix Begins Mass Production of 192GB SOCAMM2 AI Memory Module

SK hynix has begun mass production of its 192GB SOCAMM2 module, a next-generation memory solution based on sixth-generation 10nm-class LPDDR5X technology designed specifically for Nvidia's Vera Rubin AI platform. The module delivers more than double the bandwidth and over 75 percent improved power efficiency compared with conventional RDIMMs, targeting memory bottlenecks in large language model training and inference.
