In-hoi Hur was handed a two-stroke penalty at the GS Caltex Maekyung Open in Korea on Sunday after signing for a wrong score. Hur was seven-under through 13 holes in his final round, sitting one shot off the lead at 11 under, when he was penalized for an error from Saturday's third round. A spotter picked up Hur's first ball on the seventh hole believing it was out of bounds, and after a Korean Golf Association referee ruled the first ball should not be counted, Hur signed for what he believed was a par.
