English brothers Alex and Matt Fitzpatrick made history by becoming the first siblings to win a PGA Tour event at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The duo survived a nervy finish, with Matt hitting a brilliant bunker shot on the final hole to set up Alex's birdie, securing victory at 30 under par. The win earns Alex automatic PGA Tour membership through 2028 and entry into the PGA Championship next month.

Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick shot a tournament record 15-under 57 in round three to take a four-shot lead at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The English brothers, with Matt the world number three and 2022 US Open winner, finished on 30 under overall at TPC Louisiana, surpassing the previous tournament best of 30 under set in 2023. Davis Thompson and Austin Eckroat are tied for second alongside Alex Smalley and Hayden Springer on 27 under.
