6月4日下午，正在对华进行国事访问的老挝人革党中央总书记、国家主席通伦到访中共中央党校(国家行政学院)。通伦曾于2000年在中共中央党校交流学习一个月。

此次到访，他专程参观了此前自己住过的宿舍。参观途中，通伦感慨时间过得很快，26年眨眼就过去了。

当天下午，通伦在中共中央党校与一众老师握手致意，一位头发花白的女老师在与通伦握手时询问“您还记得当年吗？”通伦微笑回应：“还记得，感谢你们为我传授知识。”

通伦在讲话中指出，他认为在中共中央党校上学，为老挝干部领导国家发展事业提供了非常重要的基础。在这里培训过的干部，后续会成长为能力过硬、掌握党和政府发展路线的优秀干部，并且在后期工作中不断作出重要贡献。希望老挝人革党的干部在这里上学期间，可以学到中共领导国家发展的宝贵经验。
