高鐵公司：一年內可辦理全額退費，免收手續費
台灣高鐵於5月25日因訊號異常導致大延誤，總運量約18萬人次受影響。高鐵公司宣布，受影響旅客可在一年內辦理全額退費，免收手續費。延遲30分鐘以上車次提供部分或全額退費，中斷旅程的旅客可退還未乘區間票價。初步調查顯示，故障原因可能與「轉轍器控制機箱」電源模組異常相關。
