据了解，国家数据局先后开展两批数据基础设施建设先行先试，推动隐私保护计算、区块链、可信数据空间、数场、数联网、数据元件等6条技术路线应用和动态优化，并在此基础上吸纳了数据编织、数据网格、本体论等前沿技术方向；目前，两批试点累计覆盖15个行业、43个城市，协同1.9万个生态主体，上架3.8万个数据产品，落地超270个应用场景，促进数据在更大范围、更深层次释放价值。
国家数据局局长刘烈宏表示，今年“数据要素×”大赛增设“数据基础设施赛道”，希望通过“以赛促用、建用结合”，加强数据基础设施与场景应用的耦合，促进技术路线动态优化升级与标准验证。
