汪文斌表示，此次签约的项目充分体现澜湄合作始终坚持聚焦发展、利民惠民，始终坚持睦邻友好、命运与共，始终坚持创新驱动、先试先行。中方愿同柬埔寨和其他湄公河国家一道，扎扎实实推进澜湄合作进程，让这些项目真正落地生根、不断开花结果，切实造福湄公河流域各国人民。
今年是澜湄合作首次领导人会议召开十周年。十年来，在澜湄六国共同努力下，澜湄合作取得丰硕成果，已经成为地区合作的“金色平台”。(完)
