England's Consultants Vote in Favour of Future NHS Strike Action Over Pay and Pensions

Consultants in England, members of the BMA, have voted 76% in favour of potential strike action over pay and pensions. This gives them a mandate for industrial action over the next 12 months, despite resident doctors recently accepting a pay deal.
