La Procura generale di Roma ha ribadito la richiesta dell'ergastolo per Roberto e Mattia Toson, padre e figlio, accusati dell'omicidio di Thomas Bricca, il 19enne ucciso ad Alatri (Frosinone) il 30 gennaio del 2023.
La nuova requisitoria, dopo quella del novembre scorso, è stata fatta dopo che i giudici della Corte d'Assise d'Appello della Capitale avevano con una ordinanza sollecitato una perizia tecnica sulle celle telefoniche e l'ascolto di due testimoni.
L'omicidio si era consumato in strada. Bricca venne raggiunto da alcuni colpi di pistola. Nel marzo dello scorso anno, in primo grado, la Corte d'Assise di Frosinone aveva condannato all'ergastolo Roberto Toson e a 24 anni il figlio Mattia.
Secondo quanto ricostruito dalle indagini a sparare sarebbe stato proprio Mattia a bordo di uno scooter guidato dal padre e il bersaglio sarebbe stato in realtà un amico della vittima.
