AMENDOLARA – C'è un superstite della strage di braccianti compiuta ieri ad Amendolara. Si tratta di un cittadino afghano che viveva insieme alle quattro vittime – tre di nazionalità afghana e un pakistano – a Villapiana, Comune non lontano dal luogo dell'omicidio plurimo. L'uomo è stato rintracciato ed intervistato dal Tgr Calabria.
In un italiano stentato l'uomo ha detto che le vittime erano afghane e che i due fermati accusati di omicidio volontario erano coloro che volevano dei soldi per il trasporto, che le vittime non volevano dare. A quel punto, ha raccontato, i due hanno gettato prima la benzina nell'abitacolo e poi un accendino, bruciando vivi i quattro migranti. Lui è riuscito a fuggire rompendo un finestrino e nel video si vede con le braccia fasciate per le ustioni.
L'uomo ha anche detto che i cittadini pakistani minacciavano lui e gli altri con coltelli e pistole per farlo lavorare e che non li pagavano: "I soldi non ce li davano, da mangiare sì, la casa sì ma i soldi no" ha raccontato aggiungendo che c'è una "grande mafia del Pakistan".
