中新网青岛6月4日电(张孝鹏)中海油所属海洋石油工程股份有限公司(简称“海油工程”)4日发布消息称,中国自主设计建造的新一代深水专业铺管船在位于青岛西海岸新区的海油工程青岛国际高端装备制造基地浮体平台完成龙骨安放,进入船体成型关键阶段,为后续分段合拢及按期交付奠定坚实基础。

龙骨素有船舶“钢铁脊梁”之称,是沿船底中心线贯通首尾的核心基础承重结构,主要承担船体纵向载荷,保障结构强度与运行稳定性。船舶分段搭载、船体合拢、核心设备安装及全船精度校准等关键工序,均以龙骨为定位基准。因此,龙骨安放在船舶建造过程中至关重要。
该专业铺管船长174米、型宽35米、型深12米,搭载行业领先的DP3三级动力定位系统,最大作业水深达500米,具备海管运输储存、单双节点铺管、海底管线维修及水下设施安装等功能,可稳定完成多种规格海底管道铺设作业,能够适应中国近海复杂海域及深远海极端海况施工需求。
船舶搭载先进智能作业管理平台,集成船舶姿态监测、动力定位控制、铺管参数分析、设备状态监测等智能化功能,具备复杂海况下的自主感知、实时分析与协同控制能力,可实现关键作业环节数字化管理与智能辅助决策。
该专业铺管船的船体建造过程犹如“搭积木”,127个分段预制完成后,组拼成46个总段,再进行吊装合拢。为应对复杂海况与重载作业需求,项目团队建立专门质量管理体系,开展全过程质量和精度管控。船体底部实施专项强化设计,通过加厚关键板材、优化结构布局等方式提升整体强度。同时,项目团队通过应用建筑信息模型系统建立数字化精度闭环管控体系,开展结构三维建模与模拟推演,结合三维激光扫描与动态校核,实现龙骨定位及安装全过程可视化管理。
该船建成投用后,将进一步完善中国自主可控的海底管道施工装备矩阵,提升中国深远海复杂海域油气开发及海上风电配套管网建设核心施工能力和智能化水平,为建设海洋强国提供坚实的装备支撑。(完)
