今年5月1日起，我国对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措。其中，对20个不属于最不发达国家的非洲建交国，以特惠税率形式实施，为期2年。这是继2024年12月1日中方对包括33个非洲国家在内的所有已建交的最不发达国家实施零关税后的又一重大举措。
近日，一批来自埃及、货值约7万元的盖刺鱼、蝴蝶鱼等观赏鱼运抵广州白云机场口岸，经广州海关所属广州白云机场海关关员监管验放，被送至指定的进境水生动物隔离检疫场，隔离检疫合格后将进入国内市场销售。
“之前原产自埃及的观赏鱼进口关税税率为10%，我国对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措落地后，埃及观赏鱼可享零关税进口，该票货物享受税款减让约7000元。”广东蓝海海洋科技有限公司经理李海伦说，该公司对今年继续扩大自非洲国家进口的规模很有信心。(完)
