天津市副市长王秀峰在致辞中表示，多式联运是大交通、大通道、大物流体系建设的重要抓手，天津将进一步提升铁水联运能力、中欧班列服务质效和物流数字化水平。
中国国际可持续交通创新和知识中心党委书记、主任刘鹏指出，要以互联互通为核心，推动行业绿色转型，深化全球开放合作。
中国集装箱行业协会常务副会长李军表示，港口是联通全球的战略枢纽，多式联运是建设世界一流港口的关键引擎。
天津港集团总裁王洪海称，天津港将全力推动多式联运高质量发展，服务交通强国建设。
大会发布多项创新成果。
天津港集团联合华为发布新一代智能水平运输系统解决方案，首创“强云强车”融合架构，无需物理隔离，可低成本适配全球九成以上传统码头，实现自动化码头全局智能。
天津国际多式联运有限公司推介“班列+海运+贸易+金融+海外网络”全链条服务，助力华北中欧班列集结中心建设。
