독일무역투자진흥처는 독일 연방경제에너지부 산하 무역·투자 진흥기관으로, 외국 기업의 시장 진입과 법인 설립을 지원한다.
세미나에서는 독일 경제·금융시장 특징과 도시별 핀테크 특화 현황을 바탕으로 현지 핀테크 시장 규모와 경쟁력에 대한 설명이 이뤄졌다.
특히 중소기업 강국인 독일의 은행과 핀테크 간 협업 사례 등을 소개하고, 독일의 중소기업 핀테크 도입 추세에 따른 국내 기업의 진출 기회를 모색했다.
아울러 독일 정부의 핀테크 해외투자 유치 방안과 해외 진출 경험이 있는 국내 핀테크 업체의 성공 사례도 소개됐다.
세미나 참석자들은 "유럽 시장 진출을 고려하고 있는 기업인들이 다양한 실무 경험과 현지 정보를 공유할 수 있는 자리였다"고 평가했다.
