11일 한국부동산원에 따르면 이달 2주 차 광주지역 아파트 매매가격지수는 0.09% 하락했다.
최근 6주간 0.15%, 0.16%, 0.16%, 0.10%, 0.11%. 0.09% 하락하고 있다.
이에 따라 올해 들어 6월 2주 차까지 광주지역 아파트 매매가격지수는 총 1.37% 떨어졌다.
전국 17개 광역자치단체 중 하락 폭이 가장 컸다.
올해 들어 6월 2주 차까지 전국 평균 매매가격지수는 1.35%, 지방 평균 매매가격지수는 0.17% 증가한 것과 큰 대조를 이룬다.
반면 올해 들어 6월 2주 차까지 광주지역 아파트 전세 가격지수는 총 0.29% 증가했다.
전국 평균 전세 가격지수 2.11%, 지방 평균 전세 가격지수 1.09% 각각 증가한 것에 비하면 증가 폭은 미미했다.
