공동주택관리규약 준칙은 시·도지사가 공동주택의 입주자를 보호하고 주거생활 질서를 유지하기 위해 공동주택 관리·사용에 대해 지정한 기준안이다.
도내 300가구(승강기가 있으면 150가구) 이상 의무관리대상인 단지는 개정된 준칙을 참조해 입주자 등의 과반수 찬성으로 해당 단지에 적합한 공동주택관리규약의 개정을 추진하게 된다.
