Nathan Smith to Harry Brook, OUT! CAUGHT! Harry Brook holes out. He could not have picked out the fielder in the deep any better. Not the best of deliveries by Nathan Smith but he will take it. Sprayed down leg, on a length. Brook swings at it and he has no intention of keeping it on the ground. He wanted to go a lot squarer but ended up playing it straight down the throat of Kyle Jamieson at deep fine leg. Jamieson takes a reverse cup catch in front of his face. Brook falls and England slip into further trouble. The hosts are now 113/8.

Kyle Jamieson to Gus Atkinson, OUT! LBW! Trapped in front. Jamieson delivers it on a length, on off and middle. Atkinson hangs his bat out to cover the line. The ball lands and jags back in to go through the yawning gap left by Gus between the bat and the pad. It catches him on the back pad right in front of the stumps and the finger is raised. Brook gestures that it is going down leg and Atkinson goes for the review. Daylight between the bat and the pad and it is three reds on Ball Tracking with the ball crashing into the middle stump. Atkinson takes a review with him. England are now 108/7.

Kyle Jamieson to Harry Brook, FOUR! A bit uppish but damage averted. That will be FIFTY for Harry Brook. On a hard length, on off. Brook hangs back to deal with it. The ball kicks up a bit as Harry tries to fend it off. It flies behind off a thickish outside edge but well wide of Henry Nicholls at gully to his left. It has been a gritty effort from Brook. He has been handed a couple of lifelines, but he has shown plenty of resolve.

Kyle Jamieson to Harry Brook, DROPPED! For the second time, Harry Brook has been put down. First one on 8 by Devon Conway and now on 45 by Rachin Ravindra. Jamieson drags his length back, on off. Brook plays the short-arm jab but he cannot keep it down. Hits it flat to deep square leg, where Ravindra moves to his left and it gets to him at waist height. Not sure if Rachin needed to jump there but he did and was on the move when the ball got to him. The ball hits his palm and pops out. Single taken and the 100 comes up for England.

Stokes pushes it out in front of his body with hard hands. The outside edge is found and it goes low towards third slip, where Kane Williamson dives to his right, in front of Tom Latham stationed at second slip. Williamson sticks out his right hand to take the catch. The ball threatens to pop out, but he manages to cling to it close to his right shoulder. End of a 39-run stand. England are now 94/6.
