台北捷運淡水線昨天（1日）晚間驚傳有人將行李箱甩落軌道，正要進站的列車緊急煞停，經捷運人員、警方查看、排除，無人受傷也沒傷及損及軌道、列車，警方過濾監視畫面，半小時內查獲釀禍的印尼籍陳姓移工，他辯稱，不滿酒後妻子電話急叩，一時氣憤將行李丟到軌道，警方偵訊後，依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

據了解，這起公共危險案發生在今晚7時29分，捷運淡水線竹圍站2號月台，捷運行控中心發現乘客將行李箱丟到軌道，緊急通報停駛。
新北市警淡水分局獲報，派遣線上員警趕往查處，到場發現無人受傷，站務人員排除行車障礙行李箱後，捷運系統已恢復營運，幸無旅客驚擾或受傷，捷運公司檢查軌道及列車，也未遭損害情事。
警方過濾監視器，半小時內查獲31歲印尼籍陳姓移工到案，他辯稱，不滿同為移工的妻子在酒後打電話急叩，一時情緒失控，憤而將行李箱拋落鐵軌；全案依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。
