国民投票法を巡っては21年改正時に、ネットの適正利用確保や有料広告のあり方などについて「法施行後3年」をめどに法制上の措置などを講ずるとする付則を設けた。この点は今回の法案で具体的な方策が盛り込まれておらず、中道の階猛幹事長は11日の質疑で「宿題の提出期限から既に2年が経過している。宿題を仕上げることを約束してもらいたい」と主張した。自民の新藤義孝・与党筆頭幹事は「できる限り速やかに検討し、措置を講じることが望ましいと考えている」と述べた。【安部志帆子、森口沙織】
