모든 선거 사건을 신속하고 엄정하게 수사해 선거 사건의 공소시효가 끝나는 12월 3일 전에 종결할 예정이다.
전북경찰청 관계자는 "신속하고 완결성 있게 수사할 예정"이라며 "당선 답례 명목으로 금품을 제공하거나 당선 대가로 이권을 제공하는 등의 불법행위에 대해 단속을 강화하겠다"고 말했다.
