Lexus LM 是品牌旗艦 MPV，以寬敞舒適的豪華空間著名，在推出之後迅速成為後座買家老闆的最愛，在亞洲市場表現更是出色，近期 Lexus 在世界智慧財產權組織(WIPO)註冊新商標 LM400h，引發業界討論，是否接下來有一款中階的混合動力 LM 車型選擇。
Lexus LM 目前有 LM350h 與 LM500h，前者為 2.5 升油電動力，綜效馬力 250 匹；後者為 2.4 升渦輪油電，綜效馬力 371 匹，兩種動力目前在台灣都有販售。

Lexus 近期在世界智慧財產權組織(WIPO)註冊新商標 LM400h，這意味著這是一款可能介於 350h 和 500h 之間的車型，不過也有可能是為了避免其他車廠使用這個名稱而註冊。此外，由於名稱後方缺少「+」，已確認非插電式混合動力車型。

LM350h 與 LM500h 兩者的動力輸出有明顯差距，因此 LM400h 的動力輸出，或許有可能介於兩者之間，提供一個較為剛好的選項。
目前台灣販售的 LM，LM350h 4 人座與 7 人座，以及 LM500h 4 人座與 6 人座，售價從 LM350h 7 人座的 429 萬元起，最貴的為 LM500h 4 人座的 596 萬元。
