청주흥덕경찰서는 영화관 여자 화장실에서 여장을 한 채 여성들의 신체를 몰래 촬영한 혐의(성폭력처벌법상 카메라 등 이용촬영 등)로 20대 남성 A씨를 구속 송치했다고 2일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난달 24일 오후 청주시 흥덕구 복대동의 한 영화관 여자 화장실에서 칸막이 아래로 휴대전화를 넣어 여성들의 신체를 촬영한 혐의를 받는다.

그는 이날 오후 3시께부터 약 6시간 동안 칸막이 안에 숨어서 옆 칸 여성들을 불법 촬영하다가 한 피해자에게 발각돼 경찰에 현행범 체포됐다.

당시 A씨는 가발과 가슴 보형물, 모자를 착용하는 등 여장을 한 상태였으며, 그의 휴대전화에서는 사진과 동영상 등 100여개의 불법 촬영물이 발견됐다.

A씨는 동종 전과가 있는 것으로 전해졌다.

경찰은 A씨의 휴대전화를 포렌식 해 여죄를 수사하고 있다.
