记者6月3日在宁夏青铜峡市某冷凉蔬菜基地看到，工人正在田间采摘蔬菜。“我们的基地面积2200余亩，现在是采收高峰期，有270多名采摘工人在工作。”该蔬菜基地生产总管韦小桥介绍，今年冷凉蔬菜长势良好，亩产可达1.8吨，较往年增长约0.3吨。
韦小桥介绍，从采收、包装到运输到广东、香港等地的蔬菜档口，一般只需3天至5天时间。“冷凉蔬菜全程采用冷链锁鲜运输，将温度控制在0℃以下，以保持蔬菜新鲜的口感。”

广东、香港等地民众喜食鲜蔬。宁夏光照条件充足、昼夜温差大，使蔬菜积累更多的糖分和养分，造就其清甜鲜脆的口感；气候冷凉、黄河灌溉、病虫害少等因素，使蔬菜品质进一步提升，因此很受粤港澳民众喜爱。
近年来，宁夏冷凉蔬菜产业发展迅速。数据显示，宁夏已建成集中连片蔬菜基地千余个，在粤港澳大湾区市场占有率多年居全国前列，出口市场已拓展至东南亚等地。(完)
