張耀元於粉絲專頁發文分享,他在診間常聽到這樣的說法:「我還年輕,關節問題應該離我很遠吧?」 很多人總覺得關節退化是老了以後的事,事實上,關節的健康,從你現在的每個生活細節就已開始決定。

張耀元說明,特別是許多通勤族,長時間伏案工作或滑手機,身體的受力平衡其實正在悄悄崩壞。關節就像零件,預防磨損遠比壞了才修理來得重要。他建議,掌握以下4項關鍵,現在就開始幫關節「減齡」:

●拒絕「靜止不動」,定時幫軟骨潤滑

關節軟骨需要透過活動產生的壓力來交換養分。如果你一直坐著,軟骨就像乾涸的海綿。不妨每50分鐘強迫自己站起來動一動,哪怕只是走去茶水間,對膝蓋與腰椎都是最好的保養。

●強化肌肉,就是給關節「穿護具」

很多人關節痠痛,是因為周邊肌肉太弱,導致重量全由骨頭硬扛。透過簡單的坐姿抬腿或扶牆深蹲,強化股四頭肌。只要肌肉有力,就能分擔關節壓力,減少未來的磨損。
