"More than 140 delegations from more than 120 countries will take part in the first international security forum that will be held under the Russian Security Council’s auspices in Live Arena and the Patriot Central Park in the Moscow Region on May 26 through 29, 2026," the press service of the Russian Security Council said.
According to the Russian Security Council, there will be unofficial representatives from 12 unfriendly countries, who "stand for the development of constructive relations with Russia," among the participants.
