Plan to end NDIS 'wild west' will flip rules on their head for providers

NDIS Minister Mark Butler will end the practice of handwritten invoices, providers without qualifications and a "let it rip" market of profiteering operators. But the sector warns it must be navigated carefully to avoid driving away legitimate operators or accidentally leaving out providers helping people with complex, individualised needs.
